Lemon Rum Cake is moist, rich cake with the sweet flavor of lemon. After baking we lace it with rum to create a deeper, more complex flavor. We think you'll love this taste of caribbean sunshine!

The large bundt cake is sealed in cellophane, and packaged in a gift box. It serves 10-14 people. Single serving duo cakes are sold two to a package, each cake is sealed on a gold cake board.

Lemon Rum Sunshine Cake: Sugar, Butter (Cream, Salt), Eggs, Unbleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Imported Rum, Wine, Lemon Juice, Natural Extracts, Salt, Seasonings. Contains: Milk, Wheat, Eggs.

Serving Suggestions

Cut the Lemon Rum Cake in thin slices and it will serve 10 - 14 people, the loaf cake serves 2-4. 

This cake is delicious served with our seedless Raspberry Sauce, or Rhubarb Sauce. We also recommend serving this cake with fresh fruit such as raspberries, strawberries or blueberries.
