Our best selling gluten-free Hazelnut Cookie is now more exquisite dipped in deep, dark bittersweet chocolate. Each cookie has a rich chocolate base and is hand-dipped again on one end. Made with hazelnut flour, the intense nutty flavor is complemented by the chocolate.

Chocolate-Dipped Hazelnut Cookies: Hazelnut Flour, Sugar, Butter (Cream, Salt), Dark Chocolate (Sugar, Cocoa Butter, Butteroil, Chocolate Liquor, Butterfat (milk), Soy Lecithin, Vanilla), Egg Yolk, Vanilla Extract, Lecithin, Beet Juice, Xanthan Gum. Contains: Milk, Egg, Soy, Tree Nuts.

Xanthan Gum Powder is produced by the fermentation of glucose, sucrose or lactose by a bacterium. It is fermented, precipitated out, dried and ground into a powder. It is sold in health food stores and is commonly used in food products that do not have wheat flour to substitute for gluten.
