Heirloom Fruit & Nut Cake is a slightly sweet cake chock-full of apricots, pecans and dates held together by a dark honey and brown sugar batter. Flavored with our own blend of fragrant spices, it is truly a delight! Only the finest ingredients are used in our Fruit & Nut Cake- no preservatives, no citron and no candied fruit.

Often described as a pecan cake, the three pound ring is sealed in cellophane and packaged in a gift box. The 1 1/2 lb loaf is packaged in a white gift box. We love this no alcohol fruitcake- it's truly the best!

Loaf cake measures approx. 7 1/4 x 3 1/2" and serves 6-8 people. The large round cake measures approx. 7 1/2" in diameter and serves 10-12 people.
