Zesty lemon juice is made perfectly sweet with our Matthews 1812 House batter. We bake the bars on a buttery shortbread crust and then top them with lemon buttercream icing.

We seal and package our lemon bars in a white gift box, with our signature Matthews 1812 House gold seal. Eat them right away, refrigerate or freeze.

As for serving, cut these bars into small pieces. Each of the 6"” x 9”" trays can be cut into 24 bars. Don'’t worry about defrosting; the bars are easier to cut when frozen or cool from the refrigerator.

Lemon Bars contain some or all of the following: Sugar, Unbleached Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Butter (Cream, Salt), Brown Sugar, Egg, Lemon Juice, Cream, Citrus Zest, Extracts, Baking Powder and Salt.
