This gluten-free almond cookie is exceedingly delicious with our chewy-but-a-tad-crunchy texture. (They get their crunch from small pieces of almonds we add to the recipe.)
Made with ground almond flour (which makes them free of gluten), these cookies have an intense almond flavor you're bound to love.

Almond Cookies: Almonds, Sugar, Butter (Cream, Salt), Egg Yolk, Vanilla Extract, Soy Lecithin, Spices, Xanthan Gum. Contains: Milk, Egg, Soy.
Xanthan Gum Powder is produced by the fermentation of glucose, sucrose or lactose by a bacterium. It is fermented, precipitated out, dried and ground into a powder. It is sold in health food stores and is commonly used in food products that do not have wheat flour to substitute for gluten.
